Mavros OCC XLR
Reference OCC copper XLR interconnect.

Technically advanced XLR interconnect cable based on the design objectives and manufacturing techniques developed for our Asimi range, but utilising copper rather than silver conductors.
The Mavros XLR is a superb interconnect designed to complement the performance of high-performance audio systems by achieving maximum signal transfer. We begin with the conductor, using the very highest quality '6N' (99.99997% purity) copper manufactured using the OCC 'Ohno Continuous Cast' technique, tension-wrapped in a multi-layer microporous PTFE dielectric.
To minimise the ‘barriers’ caused by connecting different materials, the cable features OCC copper pins with our customary precision cold-weld connection — facilitating true ‘source to destination’ signal flow. Termination is with our aluminium alloy ‘dark Chrome’ XLR connectors.
By reducing the number of materials and break points in the signal path, our objective is to minimise discontinuity and loss in the signal path, resulting in more consistent construction and audibly-improved audio performance.

Reviews. What the specialist media say…

I auditioned the XLR-terminated Mavros Ultra between my Oppo BDP-105D player/ DAC and Krell S-1500 amp and quickly appreciated the smooth and deliciously ‘dark’ quality it brought to the system. While the Oppo could never be described as untidy, with the Mavros in tow its music sounded that bit better ordered…
