About Atlas Cables
Back in the day…
Atlas Cables originated in Scotland in 2000 to connect audiophiles the world over to the music they love by creating high-quality no-nonsense cabling solutions. Our aim is to improve every audio system by eliminating the main sources of loss that exist between components by delivering cable and accessory products that deliver open, accurate and natural sound.
We value honesty, transparency, fairness and sustainability. We’re engineers first and foremost; we have real, in-depth answers to questions posed about the effects cables have and the importance of the ‘Essential Elements’ we consider in our design and manufacturing processes.

This is Atlas.
Based in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, in the west of Scotland, we’ve grown to be a successful, independent, UK-owned company.
We design and manufacture our products because we‘ve spent our lives in the hi-fi industry and are still endlessly enthusiastic about it. Atlas cables are available in over 30 countries worldwide via our network of enthusiastic and expert dealers and international distributors.
With a handful of exceptions, all Atlas products are researched, designed and produced in Scotland.

Living Wage.
Atlas Cables are a supporter of the real Living Wage alliance. The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate calculated according to the costs of living. Employers choose to pay the real Living Wage on a voluntary basis, recognising the value of their workers and ensuring that a hard day’s work receives a fair day’s pay.

‘Green’ Policy.
Our company is committed to environmental sustainability and responsible resource management. We aim to minimise our ecological footprint by reducing waste, conserving energy, and embracing renewable resources. Through eco-friendly practices, such as our ‘repair, remake, repurpose, revive’ initative and recycling, we strive to protect natural resources and reduce emissions.
We encourage our employees, partners, and customers to join us in adopting green practices that support a healthier planet. Together, we are dedicated to promoting sustainability and continuous improvement in our environmental efforts, ensuring that future generations benefit from our commitment to a cleaner, greener world. We are active participants in the Net Zero nation program organised by East Ayrshire Council which aims to measure and manage our carbon reduction targets.
