Based on our acclaimed Hyper 3.5 but with an increased conductor diameter improving performance capability. Available terminated in Z (Z-plug) or S (spade) versions.
Perhaps best considered the ‘long-wheelbase’ version of our Hyper 3.5, offering a step-up in overall performance with improved bass accuracy and control. Hyper Achromatic Speaker Z 5.0 is particularly well-suited for use in longer cable runs.
The quality of the twin 5.0mm² OFC copper conductors, wrapped in a cotton anti-vibration filler and high-efficiency FEP dielectric allow Hyper to reveal more of the performance level of which your equipment is capable.
Our robust Systematic plugs with precision-calibrated cold-weld termination give a superior connection to conventional solder fixing, with increased signal continuity because of fewer ‘barriers’ created by different materials.
OFC spades are available as a factory termination option.

The Hyper 5.0 offers more space and depth in my room and it is pretty clear there is a good synergy between the cable, amplifier, and loudspeaker. The lower end is clear and has a greater presence with the 5.0 in this system. It is a testament to this revealing Naim system and the Atlas Hyper 5.0 that tangible outcomes in performance can be heard.
